All papers will be peer-reviewed by at least three independent reviewers, assessed for relevance to the conference topics, technical soundness, innovation, scientific and presentation quality. Accepted papers must be presented at the conference by one co\u2010author.<\/p> <p>Accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings available in the IEEE Xplore and indexed by Scopus. Authors of selected papers will be invited to publish extended versions of their work in international journals indexed by Web of Science and Scopus. A list of the journals will be specified.<\/p> <p><b>CMT Acknowledgment<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference.
