WS MOCITS Co-chairs

OLEH BISIKALO received the Ph.D. degree in mathematical modelling in 1995, the Dr. Sc. degree in information technologies in 2012, and Dr. Hab. degree in computer science and telecommunications in 2014. He is currently a Head of the Department of Automation and Intelligent Information Technologies at Vinnytsia National Technical University, Ukraine. His main research interests include computational linguistics, modeling of human thinking, information technologies, machine learning, pattern recognition.

VIACHESLAV KOVTUN received the Ph.D. degree in information and measuring systems in 2006, the Dr.Sc. degree in information technologies in 2021, and Dr.Hab. degree in computer science and telecommunications in 2023. He is currently a Head of the Computer Control Systems Department at Vinnytsia National Technical University, Ukraine. His main research interests include system analysis, information technologies, machine learning, pattern recognition, and signal processing.

The workshop aims to discuss and share theoretical and applied experience related to the use of modelling, optimization and management methods in information, industrial, energy, transport, medical, environmental, communal and other modern technological systems at the level of components, subsystems, systems, complexes and environment. The workshop is a favorable mobile platform for discussing the latest scientific ideas, research and development aimed at solving the challenges and problems formally defined for information and technology processes within the scope of the above aim.

Workshop Directions:

  • Modelling of information and technology processes,
  • Optimization of information and technology processes,
  • Management of information and technology processes,
  • Monitoring and diagnosis of information and technology processes,
  • Data analysis of information and technology processes,
  • Ensuring the security of information and technology processes,
  • Improvement of information support of technological systems.
