Guidelines

Special Sessions (Workshops, Streams, and Panels) proposal includes the following information:

1. Name (and type) of the Special Session

Authors will be asked to indicate the main topic of the Special Session, which emphasizes at least one of the relevant and close to the DESSERT conference topics.

2. Special Session Chair(s)

Brief information about SS Chair s): several sentences and photo(s), references to web and mail addresses.

3. Background.  6-8 sentences about relevance and purposes of SS.

4. Topics (key topics). 

5. Information about possible 5-10 participants of the session and the topics of the reports.

6. Suggestion on members of the SS Program Committee (additional members of the DESSERT PC), which will review submitted papers.

Program of Special Session will be included in the Conference Program as a separate part according to joint decision of SS and DESSERT Chairs. Schedule of SS and presentation timeslots correspond to general rules of the Conference.
